Randy Orton – League 7 Epic Technician
Randy Orton is joining WWE Undefeated on Friday, 5/14! The Legend Killer, The Viper, and WWE’s Apex Predator backed up his nicknames with two Royal Rumble Match victories and 14 WWE World Heavyweight Title wins. Orton strikes where he wants, when he wants, and almost always completely out of nowhere.
A grapple that’s got both strength and speed, with the added bonus of keeping the opponent grounded for a long time. Its main drawbacks are poor range and high cost, so it’s best to try comboing into it rather than recklessly using it mid-stage.
Inverted Headlock Backbreaker
Contrasting with the poor range of Exploder Suplex, Inverted Headlock Backbreaker is a counter that travels a long distance while active. Use it to counter something that otherwise would’ve missed. Like Exploder Suplex, it knocks down for a long time, so use that to reposition or do grounded follow ups.
It’s quick, but has poor range. It’s best to use this finisher while the opponent is already cornered, since it doesn’t reset stage position. This way you can keep the opponent at the wall and dominate the match.
After 60 seconds pass, Randy gets a 20% chance for attacks to deal critical damage. If possible, play a low-risk game for the first minute, then don’t let up the offense and combos.
